Training of trainee teachers
Many of our current partners previously worked with us as trainee solicitors. We play an active role in training and help shape the programme. We have several trainee solicitors at the firm during almost every recruitment round – in Rostock, up to three at the same time. Our aim is to train you, to inspire you with a passion for our wonderful profession – and perhaps for our firm too.
Training of legal secretaries
The training of legal assistants has also been a priority for us for many years. Many of our staff are former trainees. We usually take on one trainee per training year in Rostock. We have one training place at our Schwerin office.

To strengthen our team in Rostock, we are looking for a lawyer (m/f/d) specialising in employment law to join us on a full-time or part-time basis, with immediate effect.
Legal trainees (m/f/d)
We are looking for dedicated trainee solicitors with above-average results in their first state examination and a keen interest in legal practice. If you enjoy getting to grips with complex legal issues, working on exciting cases and contributing to publications, then you’ve come to the right place.
